Heat stress is worsening globally, yet today’s cooling solutions are too expensive, energy-intensive, or ineffective—leaving billions without relief. Optimist aims to make sustainable, effective cooling accessible to all, even during extreme heat waves.

##### TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION

Optimist is developing modular, energy-efficient cooling systems tailored for thermal comfort in extreme heat. Their first release integrates advanced system design, optimized components, and tailored cooling cycles for efficient performance. Future iterations will combine hybrid vapor compression with indirect evaporative cooling, supported by physics-informed control logic—delivering scalable comfort with dramatically lower energy use.
