TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION
Ossus has developed the OB HydraCel, a bio-electrochemical reactor that converts organic matter in industrial wastewater directly into green hydrogen while simultaneously treating the effluent. The system uses the chemical energy in wastewater to reduce external power requirements, operates without freshwater input, and is deployed on-site within industrial facilities. This enables decentralized hydrogen production while reducing wastewater treatment costs and environmental impact.
