Across energy, food, water, waste, and transportation, the future of infrastructure lies in decentralized and distributed solutions—small-scale, localized assets with significant sustainability and resilience benefits. But lending institutions are traditionally built for large, centralized assets like massive power plants. No scalable solutions exist for today's smaller projects—especially those looking to be replicated in numerous locations such as residential energy storage assets.

Perl Street can aggregate and organize distributed assets while modeling cash flow and risk to create bankable deployments with structures formerly reserved for billion-dollar project finance transactions.
